How to find my original XBOX account?

I had an XBOX years ago. I didn't keep it long.. maybe two weeks and I sold
it. At that time I had signed up for an account with my chosen nickname.

Is there a way to recover that? I don't remember what email address it was
tied to, nor do I have access to that email, or even remember all my old
email addresses. I don't remember anything but the name. When you sign up
and they ask you things like real name and birthdate, I usually put in
anything. :( So, if they ask birthdate I usually just put 01/01/1980, but
sometimes just anything.

I have a 360, but I'm forced to use my nickname with a number at the end. I
hate that. This one I signed up with my correct information just in case I
ever had a problem.

Do they have a contact for something like this?

I think I was in there already. I think I'll never be able to get it back
due to me putting fictious information in there and no longer having or
knowing what email it was tied to.
